The rules for using Esport Killer: what the service is, what it is not, and what we expect from every member.
01What Esport Killer is
Esport Killer is an esports statistics and research service. We show player and team history, match information, sportsbook and pick’em lines published by third parties, and our own statistical projections. We are not a sportsbook, casino, pick’em operator or betting exchange. We do not accept, place, hold, settle or broker any wager or entry, and we never hold your money. When you choose to visit an operator from our pages, any entry you make there is between you and that operator under its own terms.
02Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 years old, and at least 21 where that is the minimum age for sports wagering or daily fantasy where you live.
- You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including whether wagering or fantasy contests are legal where you are located.
- During our founder preview, access is by personal invitation only. Invitations are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
03Your account
Sign-in is provided by our authentication provider, Clerk. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us at support@esportkiller.com if you believe your account was used without permission. One person per account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the service or put other members at risk.
04No advice, no guarantees
- Everything on Esport Killer is general information for research and entertainment. It is not financial, investment, legal or betting advice, and it is not tailored to you.
- Projections, probabilities, hit rates, edges and records describe past data and statistical estimates. They do not guarantee any result or profit. Past performance does not predict future results.
- Lines, odds, schedules and results come from third parties and can be delayed, changed, withdrawn or wrong. Always confirm the current line and rules with the operator before you act.
- Every decision to wager or enter a contest is yours alone, and so is its outcome.
05Acceptable use
Do not: copy, scrape, resell or republish our data or pages in bulk; access the service with bots or automated tools; try to get around access controls, invitations or payment; reverse-engineer or disrupt the service; impersonate anyone; or use Esport Killer for anything unlawful. Personal research and sharing a screenshot with friends is fine.
06Memberships and payments
Any paid membership will be described clearly before you buy, including price and renewal terms. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account, and any refund rights required by law in your location are unaffected.
07Our content and third parties
The Esport Killer name, logo, design, projections and page content belong to Esport Killer. Team names, player names, logos and game titles belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; their appearance does not mean they endorse or are affiliated with Esport Killer. Operator names identify where a line is posted and do not imply a partnership. See Data & notices.
08Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Esport Killer is not liable for losses arising from wagers, entries or other decisions you make, from third-party data or operators, or from interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
09Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service grows. When a change is significant we will tell members in the app or by email before it takes effect. Questions: support@esportkiller.com.
